I had a mixed experience at this hotel. The rooms were spacious and comfy, but in fair condition and needed an upgrade. The service was a bit lacking as staff seemed busy and the omelettes were not prepared as ordered. The location was nice, with easy access to stores and restaurants. The dining experience was a letdown, not meeting expectations. However, the hotel offered good value for a vacation.

My stay at the hotel was overall pleasant. The rooms were clean and spacious, although there was a slight smell in-and-out of my room. The service was friendly and check-in/out was easy. The location was convenient for my plans, with easy access to nearby restaurants. The dining experience was excellent, especially with the made-to-order omelettes and pancakes. However, I was a bit disappointed by the Embassy Suites, Austin Arboretum as a whole.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The rooms were fantastic, spacious, and had a very nice design. Although the temperature felt a bit warm despite the air conditioning set at 68 degrees, overall, the rooms were pretty good. The service was top-notch, with great politeness, dynamism, and responsiveness from the staff. The location was perfect for me, not right downtown but close enough to experience the city vibe, and my 7-year-old son absolutely adored the place. The dining experience was excellent, offering a variety of breakfast options, although some items were not up to par. I thoroughly enjoyed my time at this hotel.
